Fountain West's staff has provided quality services beginning in August of 1975. Fountain West's staff is proud of this tradition and believes that there are identifiable differences between Fountain West and other care centers.

Fountain West Health Center is a single story nursing care center, dedicated to serve residents 65 and older. Located in a picturesque residential neighborhood on approximately a seven acre tract, Fountain West provides an array of care services ranging from assisted living to a full range of nursing services in our three nursing care areas.

Fountain West is locally owned and managed by Colby Properties.
